Customer Service Representative - Hindi Speaking | Rajagiriya
Salary: LKR 100,000 + Performance based incentives + Bonus
Working Hours: Monday - Friday (10.00AM - 7.00PM)
Responsibilities:
- Develop relationships with existing and potential clients to maximize profitability
- Identify and evaluate customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Communicate effectively with clients to ensure satisfaction
- Monitor customer accounts and provide regular updates
- Assist in the development of new strategies to increase customer loyalty
Requirements:
- Fluency in Hindi is essential, as you will primarily interact with Hindi-speaking clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Prior experience in BPO or sales is not required, but a plus
